For every order we’ll give you 1 loyalty point for every 1 euro you spend. The loyalty scheme is based exclusively on items which you add to your shopping trolley and purchase. Delivery fees ( when applicable) and free gifts will NOT be taken into account when calculating loyalty points. Furthermore, points cannot be used in the presence of items already on sale in the shopping cart. 

Accumulated points will automatically cease to be valid 12 months after the point – giving product’s purchase date. When you wish to use your loyalty points you can use them by adding them to your shopping trolley on our website.

Rules:

The promotional scheme applies to all MCG srl products on sale on the www.mariacandidagentile.com website.

To gain loyalty points and claim prizes customers need to have an account on the current website www.mariacandidagentile.com , or if not, they need to open an account by simply filling out the registration form online with all the required personal details ( name, surname, date of birth, address fiscal code, phone number and email address). As soon as you have successfully registered your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your access details allowing you to gain access to your own Reserved Area where you’ll be able to see all your details regarding the loyalty scheme, check your accumulated loyalty points and request awards.

Customers who purchase MCG srl products on the www.mariacandidagentile.com website and are registered ( see above) will build up MCG loyalty points that will work in the following way:

1. Receive 1 loyalty point for every euro you spend at the checkout, on every order
2. Receive 150 bonus loyalty points on your birthday (make sure you tell us your date of birth when you register your account).
3. Receive 350 bonus loyalty points when you reach 1000 points.
4. Receive 500 bonus loyalty points when you reach 2000 points.

Any free gifts and delivery costs will NOT be considered valid means of acquiring loyalty points.

Expiry: all accumulated loyalty points, acquired both through purchases and bonus points received, will be valid for 12 months starting from the date of the purchase giving the points. Passed those 12 months, all unused accumulated loyalty points will no longer be valid.

In cases where products giving loyalty card points are being paid for by check or payment on delivery, MCG loyalty points will be awarded upon the conclusion of payment.

In cases where refunds are required due to orders being returned, MCG loyalty points will automatically be taken back. If the customer has already used the MCG points for the purchase of the refunded item, then these points will be claimed back off future purchases.

The value of each loyalty point is worth a € 0,10 discount which can be used on subsequent orders, worth a 10% discount on all MCG products.

To use your accumulated loyalty points you must access your online account on the www.mariacandidagentile.com website and place a new order. When you get to the checkout you can use your accumulated points to get a discount on products in your trolley (1 point= €0.10 ). If you have accumulated enough points, you may bring your trolley total to zero. You will still be required to pay for delivery charges, unless there are special promotional offers on this.

Customers will not be able to ask for refunds or cash in exchange for unused loyalty points, nor will it be possible to give them to another customer. It will only be possible to use the points when placing a new order, as explained above.

Unused and expired loyalty points will automatically be removed from your account.

The info received will be used exclusively by MCG srl. Data regarding delivery will be managed by MG srl.

All participants will be able to exercise their rights, in any moment, as stipulated by the E.U.ruling 679/2016 (GDPR)including the right to know about existence of their own personal data, including changes, additions or updates.

Final Notes:

Participating in this promotional scheme requires customers to accept the rules and clauses contained in the rules and document of terms and conditions without any limitations.

The Promoter Company denies all responsibility for any problems involving access, difficulties, malfunction or technical hitches( computer/tablet/smartphone),hardware, phone lines, cables, electrical equipment, software and hardware, transmission and connection, internet connection not depending on the Promoter itself, that may impede the participants from accessing the website and taking part in the promotional campaign.

Access to the www.mariacandidagentile.com website and participation in the promotional campaign is free, and the charges for connection will depend on the phone company used.
