For all orders, when the parcel has been sent you’ll receive a tracking code so you can see your order’s location.
It’s important to note that there must be a person available at the GIVEN ADDRESS who can receive the parcel. Please check that the house number, telephone number and e-mail address are all correct. If there is no-one at home, the courier will leave an attempted delivery slip and will come back the following day to try again.
If there is a change of address, it’s the customer’s responsability to contact the courier and give the updated information.
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel on the second attempt due to there being no-one present, then the parcel will go back to the warehouse. Afterwards our logistics department will contact the customer via e-mail or telephone to make arrangements regarding another delivery.
if the customer does not reply to the e-mail or telephone call, the parcel will be sent back to our main offices:return delivery fees will be deducted from the refunded item.
All Maria Candida Gentile orders are delivered by courier service.
Order processing times take 24 working hours (from Monday to Friday). As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the express courier, delivery times are roughly 24 /72 hours later (only for mainland Italy – the islands and remote areas can take longer).
