The blackthorn is a thorny shrub that blooms with white flowers in the spring and its small spherical fruits are gathered at the end of the summer. It’s also used to make the popular blackthorn liqueur.

 

Products created from a blend of spontaneous and cultivated plants grown in a lab in Saint Vallier ( south of France) using the biodynamic method and then packaged in Italy.
The plants are macerated both individually and together in extra virgin olive oil before being diluted in sunflower oil and in some cases with the addition of essential oils.
